The Fixture connector is in development and is not currently available for use in Muse. These documents describe its intended scope and requirements; publishing them does not activate the connector or indicate platform approval. The implemented data flow and controls must be verified before activation.
Development status and health-only scope
Fixture Finance LLC is developing this connector to provide general health-insurance service information and request, view, cancel or reschedule consultations. The first release is health-insurance focused; life insurance remains available through Fixture’s separate website services. The connector is not active or approved in Muse. Services are limited to authorized jurisdictions and carrier appointments: https://www.fixture.finance/licensing.
Information is not coverage
Answers are general information, not personalized insurance, medical, legal or tax advice. The connector does not determine eligibility, guarantee premiums, recommend a specific policy for you, bind coverage, submit a carrier application or enroll you. Carrier documents govern coverage, exclusions, underwriting and eligibility. Product availability and enrollment rules vary; not every private product is a Marketplace plan. Do not use the connector for emergencies or send sensitive medical or financial information.
Verification and exact-action confirmation
Appointment access requires verified ownership. Review the action, date, time, timezone, meeting type and contact details on Fixture’s first-party confirmation page. Approval applies only to that stored action and original appointment snapshot; changed details require a new review. Information searches and verification do not create appointments. A request is complete only after a matching provider result is recorded and a confirmation is returned. Pending, unknown and timeout outcomes are not confirmations. Check status or contact Fixture rather than submitting a duplicate request.
Native rescheduling and cancellation
The developing Cal.com integration uses its native rescheduling action, not a replacement booking followed by cancellation. Only the verified appointment owner can request changes. A stale or externally changed appointment can require new review. Provider notifications may result from a requested booking, rescheduling or cancellation. Uncertain outcomes are retained for evidence-based reconciliation, not automatically resent.
Fees and communications
Consultations are complimentary and last 30 minutes, with phone or video choice. Fixture charges no cancellation or no-show fee for these consultations. There is no obligation to purchase insurance, and the connector collects no premiums or payments. Verification and appointment notices are operational, not marketing consent. Separate optional marketing programs have their own disclosures and https://www.fixture.finance/sms-terms.
Website lead and self-service options
The separate /muse landing form collects contact details, ZIP code and household ages before offering a consultation or the UnitedHealthOne carrier portal. Submitting that form sends a lead to Fixture’s email and spreadsheet workflow. SMS marketing consent remains optional even though a phone number is required. The carrier portal is independent; an application does not guarantee acceptance or activate coverage. Fixture does not represent that the connector can complete a carrier application or confirm broker commission attribution.
Third parties, availability and privacy
The planned services rely on Muse, Cal.com, Resend, Neon, Vercel and connected calendar/meeting providers. Their applicable terms and notices govern their services. Availability can change before a request completes. Fixture may suspend access for security, misuse, maintenance or outages. Submission for platform review does not imply endorsement. See https://www.fixture.finance/connector-privacy for data handling and current retention limitations.
Support and rights
Contact info@fixture.finance, 305-619-1988, or 826 Dartmoor St N, St Petersburg, FL 33701, US for appointment, support or privacy requests. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or alter applicable platform terms. Final deployment, operational controls and legal review remain launch requirements.
