Fixture Connector Privacy Notice

Updated October 29, 2026

The Fixture connector is in development and is not currently available for use in Muse. These documents describe its intended scope and requirements; publishing them does not activate the connector or indicate platform approval. The implemented data flow and controls must be verified before activation.

Development scope and contact

Fixture Finance LLC ("Fixture") is developing a health-insurance information and appointment connector for Muse. It is not currently active in Muse. This notice describes the intended flow and the locally implemented controls, which require deployment review before activation. Contact info@fixture.finance, 305-619-1988, or 826 Dartmoor St N, St Petersburg, FL 33701, US.

Scheduling and verification data

The proposed scheduling flow uses your name, email, timezone, selected appointment time, phone or video preference, and phone number when needed for a phone call. First-party email verification uses expiring links and browser-bound proofs. Appointment changes require a verified session and confirmation of the stored action. Security records support access control, rate limits, duplicate prevention and investigation of uncertain outcomes. Do not provide diagnoses, medical records, medications, Social Security numbers, payment details or insurance documents through this connector.

Providers and permitted uses

The developing connector uses Cal.com for scheduling and its connected calendar or meeting services, Resend for verification email delivery, Neon PostgreSQL for connector records, and Vercel for hosting. Necessary data is shared with these providers to perform the requested function, and with Fixture representatives to conduct the consultation. Provider notices: https://cal.com/privacy, https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy and https://neon.com/privacy-policy. Muse has its own applicable privacy practices. The connection between Muse identity and Fixture verification remains subject to validation; no unsupported identity integration is represented as active.

Separate website lead and carrier choices

The /muse website landing flow is distinct from connector scheduling. When you submit that form, Fixture collects your name, required phone and email, coverage ZIP code and ages of people needing coverage. These details are sent through Fixture’s existing lead email and Google Sheets workflow so Fixture can follow up. The landing form identifies this use before submission. You may then choose a consultation or leave for the UnitedHealthOne carrier portal. Carrier application, medical and payment information is entered directly with the carrier under its own notices. The connector does not submit an insurance application or determine eligibility.

No automatic marketing or unrelated use

Connector scheduling does not automatically add you to Google Sheets, a CRM, promotional email or SMS. The separately submitted website lead form uses the lead workflow described above and has its own optional, unchecked SMS marketing consent. Fixture does not sell connector information or use it for unrelated advertising, unrelated profiling or AI-model training. Mobile phone information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providing a phone number is not agreement to marketing texts.

Retention and deletion limits

Verification links expire after 10 minutes, browser sessions after 30 minutes, and prepared-action and approval windows after five minutes. Expiry prevents new authorization; it does not itself erase records. Local cleanup code defaults to a dry run and is not scheduled in production. When reviewed and enabled, it can remove eligible expired authentication records after one day and rate-limit buckets after two days, while retaining unresolved delivery and operation evidence. Booking records, confirmed-action evidence and uncertain outcomes currently require manual review; no automatic deletion period for them is represented as active. Provider records and backups have separate retention controls that must be reviewed before launch.

Request access, correction, revocation or deletion at info@fixture.finance. Fixture may verify identity and review unresolved appointments, security evidence and applicable retention obligations before responding. Disconnecting an integration does not itself cancel an appointment or erase independently held provider records. We do not promise immediate or complete deletion from every provider or backup. The final retention and revocation process must be verified before activation.

Security and updates

The local implementation encrypts stored contact/action payloads, hashes proof/session tokens, isolates first-party verification and confirmation documents from site analytics, and uses explicit action approval with durable operation records. These controls are not a claim that the live connector is deployed or certified. No service guarantees absolute security. The main website policy is available at https://www.fixture.finance/privacy.
